1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using IndexNow Sync ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

IndexNow Sync is a HubSpot app that automatically submits your HubSpot pages, blog posts, and landing pages to Bing via the IndexNow protocol. The Service requires an active paid subscription to function.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is available on a monthly ($15/month) or annual ($150/year) subscription, billed via Stripe.
• Payment is required before the Service activates. There is no free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancelling your subscription immediately deactivates the Service. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have a valid HubSpot portal and the right to submit your URLs to Bing.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid Bing IndexNow API key.
• You must not use the Service to submit URLs you do not own or control.
• You must comply with Bing's IndexNow usage policies.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party APIs (HubSpot, Bing) which may be subject to downtime or changes outside our control. We are not liable for indexing outcomes — IndexNow notifies Bing of your URLs, but actual indexing is at Bing's discretion.

6. Intellectual property

IndexNow Sync and its content are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndexNow Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
